It’s September! The pattern for the Breezy Market Tote is now available.
I really enjoyed designing this for Twisted‘s Single Skein Club. It’s a quick knit that features a provisional cast on and a three needle bind off. Don’t be afraid if these techniques are new to you; they are well within the reach of an enthusiastic beginner. The tote is great for a trip to the farmers’ market…or your favorite yarn store!

Great design work, Michele! Love how you included a lace panel in the middle for added interest and most likely some durable structure to the bag too. It’s also great to carry presents for delivery during holiday months…Christmas?
Thank you. Yes, the whole thing was a design challenge because it had to be made with a single skein. The drop stitches made the yarn go a whole lot further, but there had to be structure somewhere to hold it all together!
