Fanfare is a convertible cowl/hat, designed to make the most of one skein of yarn that is dyed for assigned color pooling. It is knit in the round in worsted weight yarn.
Cinch it up to wear as a hat!
The pattern includes a video for the fan stitch, and thoughts on how to adjust the fans depending on the length of your pop color run.
