Firefly Trails is a loop cowl, designed to be knit with one skein of worsted weight yarn that has been dyed for assigned color pooling. You’ll want your color pop to be 8 to 10 inches long.
I used Yarn Snob’s A Wondrous Worsted in the Times Square colorway. The pattern includes a video tutorial on making the sunburst stitch, and notes on adapting the stitch to work with your color pooling yarn.
This is the same yarn that I used in my Pooling is a Cinch cowl/hat, with a different pooling stitch and different effect.
