Nymphaea

Nymphaea: Water lily! Cascading zigzag lace evokes wind on the water, adorned with floral shell lace bands. This shawl was designed as a collaborative project with Bead Biz and June Pryce Fiber Arts. The fingering weight merino/cashmere/nylon 7 mini-skein gradient and 5 coordinating sets of beads make this shawl a joy to knit.

The original Nymphaea is knit with 700 yards of June Pryce Fiber Arts Saunderstown Sock, a fingering weight merino/cashmere/nylon blend. Color shown is Purple Mountains.

The gradient yarn provides visual interest, as do the beads.

A knit on edging completes the shawl.

This pattern is now available from me as a pdf download through Ravelry.

The instructions have been updated to give you options for a shawl knit with 435 yards of the main color, of 650 yards of the main color.

This pattern is also available through my Payhip store.
