Seafoam Socks: sport weight: This pattern uses 100 grams of sport weight yarn to make a pair of medium sized socks, 7.5″ around the leg and foot. It is knit from the top down on 5 double pointed needles. It is adjustable to make the foot smaller or larger, and of course, longer or shorter. Gauge is 6.5 inches to the inch in stockinette stitch. I have knit these socks in Blue Moon Fiber Arts Mediumweight (heavy fingering/light sport), Fly Designs Monarch (sportweight), Mirasol Hacho (dk weight), and Butternut Woolens Super Sock (fingering/sport). It’s all good!
These are knit with Mirasol Hacho.
These are knit with Butternut Woolens Super Sock.
And this is Fly Designs Monarch.
The purple one is BMFA Socks that Rock Mediumweight.

I love the butternut woolens one. Also the BMFA.
